TaxFlow Pro is a software platform that enables tax preparers and their clients to:

• Collect intake forms
• Upload and manage documents
• Track tax return status
• Communicate regarding tax preparation

We are not a tax preparation service, accounting firm, or legal advisor. We do not prepare, review, or file tax returns.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You will not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any tax filings or documents

3. No Professional Advice

TaxFlow Pro does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Any information within the platform is for organizational and communication purposes only.

4. Data & Document Handling

• Users may upload sensitive financial and personal information
• While we implement reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee absolute security
• You acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks

5. Third-Party Access

Tax preparers using the platform may access client-uploaded data. We are not responsible for actions of tax preparers, misuse by third parties, or agreements between preparers and clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TaxFlow Pro, Hale CPR LLC, and Dannielle Hale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, tax penalties, audits, data loss, or business interruption. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the Service in the past 30 days.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxFlow Pro, Hale CPR LLC, and Dannielle Hale from any claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or your tax filings.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time or remove content that violates these Terms.

10. HIPAA & Sensitive Data Disclaimer

TaxFlow Pro is not guaranteed to be HIPAA-compliant unless explicitly stated. Users should not upload protected health information unless they understand and accept this risk.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
